USA Clean Master

I hired them because they advertised one price and when they came out, they gave me 3 different prices. They explained that the advertised price was for newer rugs that needed basic cleaning. I've never used another rug company so I'm not sure if they all do that or not. These are older rugs and he said they needed a deeper cleaning. He gave me 3 different prices so I chose the middle one. 

Two of the rooms they did very well, but the 3rd room had stains in it they couldn't get out. I believe some carpet people could have gotten those stains out. 

Very pleasant, very nice and explained everything. Check different levels of cleaning before hiring them.

This task was really too large for one technician.  However, he performed his task admirably.  The most challenging part of the task was transporting the oversized cleaning machine up the wood stairwell.  With professional courtesy, he informed me of the possibility of the  machine scratching the floor. After I located some mats to protect the floor, he proceeded to transport the machine to the second floor without any damage to the stairs.  The only problem noted with the process was small amounts of water and cleaning solution on the wood floor adjacent to the cleaned carpets.  The technician attempted to remove the  water and solution.  However, when it dried it left spots on the  wood floors.  I was able to remove the spots without any challenge.  In the future, technicians may want to to carry furniture covers to protect hardwood floors and stairs before initiating carpet cleaning.
I would hire this company again to clean carpets!
