The teacher, a Russian singer and classically trained pianist, is outstanding and exceptionally dedicated. The company mainly deals with me simply for billing and has made several mistakes over the several years I have been a customer. They have also raised the rate twice.

HE IS A VERY NICE, AND FRIENDLY GUY. HE ALWAYS COMES AS SOON AS HE CAN FIT US INTO HIS SCHEDULE, AND DOES AN GREAT JOB. THE PIANO ALWAYS SOUNDS GOOD AFTER HE HAS FINISHED TUNING IT.
