 + -1 moreThe teacher, a Russian singer and classically trained pianist, is outstanding and exceptionally dedicated. The company mainly deals with me simply for billing and has made several mistakes over the several years I have been a customer. They have also raised the rate twice.
Description of Work: They identified a piano teacher who comes to my home once a week for one hour. They do the billing.

 + -1 moreHE IS A VERY NICE, AND FRIENDLY GUY. HE ALWAYS COMES AS SOON AS HE CAN FIT US INTO HIS SCHEDULE, AND DOES AN GREAT JOB. THE PIANO ALWAYS SOUNDS GOOD AFTER HE HAS FINISHED TUNING IT.
Description of Work: DAVID CHARNEY COMES ONCE A YEAR, AND TUNES THE PIANO. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TUNE THEIR PIANO OR EVEN GET LESSONS.
