In the remodeling bus. 41 years, licensed and bonded DC, licensed and bonded in MD, 2 full time employees, I use only licensed sub-contractors (with me more than 20 years) depending on the job requirement, eletrical, plumbing, heating, etc., free estimates and all work done with service agreement with deposit, mid completion (some times) and final payment, payment by checks only. I can also provide numerous customer referrals in MD & DC
