Buying a home nowadays isn't a piece of cake like we thought it was going to be. But Piero made it easier to live through. He went above and beyond at times for us or whenever we were bugging him to see a place immediately. He was able to handle his busy clientele plus us in a very professional manner. There's nothing Piero didn't do that we feel he should've.

So far, so good. I have been using Piero since @ 2011. Since that time, he has vetted 2 tenants for my rental property. Both never missed a payment. Piero has also arranged and managed several repairs for my property. I highly recommend him!

As a listing agent he markets the property very well and is very hardworking and easy to reach and get in contact with. He has a vast knowledge of the market. He collected and presented the information on potential tenants (of which there were several) in a succinct manner, he aided in deciding who would be the best match for the property and was very respectful and professional with everyone that he dealt with. As a property manager we have felt very comfortable that he is there to monitor the property and tend to any emergencies that come up. He managed the property through a hurricane and hailstorm and various other unforeseen issues. He always sends photos and keeps us informed of any work that is provided. He sends a very thorough itemized report during tax season which includes all of the expenses of property maintenance over the prior tax year. Overall we have been very satisfied with his work and would recommend him highly to anyone who is in search of a property manager or realtor in the maryland area.

Piero was very helpful, professional and attentive. We searched all of montgomery county for our home. Piero was always prompt about showing us homes and getting us more information. He was also very patient through all six of the contracts we put down. He walked us through the closing process once we finally got an accepted contract. He referred the inspection company and was there through it all giving very useful advice and referrals. I highly recommend him as a realtor. He is very knowledgeable about this area and even helps me out with neighborhood questions, even now two years later! He will be my realtor when we decide to find a new home.

Piero was recommended to us by a friend. We'd met him a few times before, and we chose him as our agent because we knew him to be a trustworthy guy. We wanted to work with someone who represented OUR interests, not his own. Piero certainly represented us well-- on multiple occasions he made recommendations that made his job harder, but were best for us. For instance, we had negotiated a deal with a buyer who went on to make further demands after we had a deal signed. Piero encouraged us to walk away from the deal, insisting that if we put the house back on the market, he could get us a better deal. He was right. It ended up being an extra several weeks of work for him, but the deal he got for us was better for us than the first one, and actually resulted in less commission for himself, due to the way the deal was structured. He really went to battle for us on our sale and our purchase, and walked us through every step of both. Besides his honesty and hard work, Piero treated us as though we were his only clients. Based on the time he was spending with us, I assumed we were, but I discovered he was actually working multiple deals at the same time as ours. He put in many, many hours working with other agents, our mortgage company, our buyer's mortgage company, both closing agents, and us.
