Terrible!! The corporate office wasn't interested in what the franchisees did. She gave me another store, miles away which turned out to be closed too--no message on the phone recorder or at the store. (5268 Nicholson Lane Kensington, MD 20852 301-468-4914) It was the only business closed in a well-shoveled busy shopping center. What gives with this company? Now I have to pay to have them come to my house to pick up, after wasting 2 1/2 hours of my time and 22 miles of gas.
