Excellent results on both projects. The kitchen is now 8 years old and still looks terrific. The project was expertly designed and budgeted. The work was done on time and by wonderful craftsmen. All the tradesmen were coordinated by Jerry and Henry; they helped us through the design phase and delivered a kitchen that is the centerpiece of our house. The second much smaller project, an outside screened in porch was done no less professionally: from design to budget to contract to execution: great work. I recommend the Levine Group unequivocally and enthusiastically.

Twice during the last two years I have turned to the Jerry Levine and the Levine Group for major proejcts involving our home. They included a significant rebuilding of a badly build room addition built in the 1980's and more recent a new second story bedroom which was added above it. Jerry, and his team including Archetect Cindy McClure with the Grossmueller design consultants along with Production Manager Henry Emslie provided outstanding service during every phase of the projects. Cindy present beautiful and practical design plans, and Jerry, Henry and the various Contractors and Subcontractors they used did excellent work. Having owned several homes and rental properties during my life, I have experienced the good, bad and the truly awful. The Levine Group is the best. Not only is their work of the highest quality, but they are sensitive and attentive to minimizing noise and debris to my neighbors, kept the work site clean and tidy, and were available at all times to answer any questions or address concerns you might have. Their detailed contracts provide clarity at every step of the process. The work was started and concluded at almost exactly the times they designated and 100 percent of the contract price and budget. Doing major reconstruction can be stressful at times, but Jerry, Henry, Cindy and others in their operations made a pleasant experience. I value integrity, kindness and truth, and the Levine Group embodies all of this and much more

The Levine Group was exceptional to work with, start to finish. The pricing was reasonable, the work exceptional, and every member of the team helped tackle the twists and turns of a historic home remodel. We couldn’t imagine working with anyone else!

Levine Group was excellent. I would recommend without hesitation. Jerry is a calm, low-key guy who explains everything well and charges reasonable rates. He came in right on budget. He has a very helpful process for making a bunch of decisions and choices in advance so that the work happens on schedule once they start. The existing structure of our house is over a hundred years old so various structural elements (joists, studs, lathe and plaster walls, etc.) were not up to modern codes. Jerry and his crew spotted those and (at no additional cost) beefed up or re-did those elements when they ran into them so our house is now stronger and safer than ever. Cindy was an exceptional designer. She really dug into our kitchen design, spent a lot of time with us picking out counter tops, cupboards, handles, etc., and consistently came up with truly ingenious solutions to the odd spaces an old house creates. She had beautiful design recommendations. I am baffled by and deeply suspicious of the negative review from "Chris E." Our project took a year so we got to know Jerry, Cindy, and their crew well. Everything "Chris" describes is completely at odds with their personalities and our experience.

We are in the midst of a design/build project with Jerry and Cindy. Our project is going very well - we have found the team to be incredibly detailed oriented, very responsive, timely and very communicative. We can't wait for the finished product! So far its been a fantastic experience!

I was looking to do a big project and wanted to make sure things were done correctly, I spoke with the owner Jerry several times and he came to my house multiple times. He told me to wait a month for his designer to come out. He gave a pitch how everybody worked under the same roof so everything would go smooth. Come to find out his designer Cindy came out did not work for his company. Also, he made it seem like he was extremely reasonable to come back to your house up to 2yrs when in fact he was talking about his warranty. HE HAS A 2 YEAR LABOR WARRANTY. As in if something breaks he tells you to use the manufacture warranty that could be 10 or 15 yrs however they DO NOT help you put that in as in you will be doing that yourself. When I tried to ask questions about it he just scoffed at me like how dare I. It gets better, he then proceeds to tell you nearly 40% of the money is due before you even swing a hammer and collects more money along the way before it's done. He further lied and said "I have to do that", in an aggressive unprofessional way which is not true. His company can front that cost, I own a 25 million dollar remodeling company and we do third down and that's it until it's done, we've even done no money down. To top it all off, because I asked a few simple educated consumer questions he decided after all that time and energy he wouldn't even build a quote... he is a one man shop that got a remodeling boom and is back logged and now has lost all care for any of his customers and will scoff at you for even asking a question about his process as in his way or the highway. Most people who don't understand the industry he will be able to take full advantage of because he knows how to spin things, fortunately for me I understand the business (my company just focuses more on exterior work). AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

The experience with Levine was great! Owner Jerry Levine checked in regularly and our architect, Kevin Winkler came by daily. The job was beautiful, on time and on budget!

From the first meeting with Levine, we were impressed. We had an estimate from them within a week. Of all the contractors we contacted for this project, they were by far the most professional. During the four months of construction, every single person we worked with was outstanding. The crew was professional and pleasant and we could not be more thrilled with the quality of the work.
