The price is a shocker, and we would not have bought the bed if it were not medically necessary. The original delivery was very late (9:00 pm, November 30) and the installers bungled attaching the Ergo frames to our headboard. One of the frames broke within 2 weeks. It was replaced promptly (after we insisted on an immediate replacement instead of waiting for a repair). The new installers failed to attach the new frame to our headboard, and my husband had to do it. Since this is the only local installer, we will have to use them again if necessary, but I'd only rate them a low C.
