Our best decision to sell our house was choosing Susan and Dave Savercool.  Several neighbors recommended their firm.   Dave's professionalism showed in every interaction.  He knew our market well, made solid suggestions before we listed the house, and brought in an EXCELLENT photographer who specializes in real estate photography.  We could not believe how inviting his pictures made our house look. We tried out the websites of the three realtors we were interviewing, and the Savercool website was by far the best.  In today's market, having someone with computer savvy and marketing differentiators can be the key to a quick sale for maximum dollars.   We had good traffic at the open house, and were under contract within one week.  Dave then managed the process of getting us to closing artfully, as there were some normal bumps along the way.  His cool demeanor and clear explanations of our options made the sale as easy as possible.
