He and a partner bought this house and remodeled it and we bought it in the newly remodeled state and it's incredible. Everything was done with pride, they weren't just doing builder grade jobs - they made this house not only beautiful but just made sure everything was done in good quality work. They even warrantied their work for a year. When I was speaking to one of the people with the business they said when they were deciding what changes to make to the house and what features with the details, they were thinking that if my sister were to move in here would it meet her family's needs. It was clear they did their work with that sort of mentality. The owner of the contracting company was referred to us by a friend and he made the comment he was tempted to move into the house himself. . His son was our realtor. our friends had warned us of getting burned by contractors, but we couldn't have imagined a more ideal remodeling job, it's been really great.
