Insurance Agencies
I pulled into a parking slot with a concrete parking block. As I pulled in, the block had a piece of re-bar sticking out and it ripped out my lower ground effects when I tried to back out.
State Auto raised my premium by 20%. 20%! Called it a collision. Garbage!
During the whole process State Auto Failed to return my phone calls in a timely fashion.
Also, the report given on my statement was inaccurate and not anything close to what I explain over the phone.
Complete Crap of a company! I spent 10 years with this company and had no accidents. Get into a small problem, 20%!
