I took advantage of their Spring brake special and oil change package. They did an excellent job. I will recommend them and use them, again.

Salesman Norm Kristall did outstanding job of describing the various options, and especially in finding a suitable vehicle - there were only a handful on entire east coast! Sport purchased the perfect vehicle from a dealer in north central PA, then had it trailered down to Silver Spring for delivery. And I got all the rebates, special offers, etc. with no arguments at all off the MFG invoice price.

both times perfect! Service Advisor Mike Temple made sure he understood the issues, and they got fixed during first visit. Fuel pump for Malibu failed just 30 days after warranty expired, but Sport got Chev to honor warranty w/ $100 co-pay. I have compared prices among Sport and other dealers, and Sport remains very competitive on pricing and after 19 years of working with them have always been pleased.

The cost was a little pricey because I needed an additional key and the key fob. I waited for about 2 to 3 hours. It was very expensive. The only thing is that cars nowadays were more computerized parts. I think it cost more to get it fixed. I don’t have too much of a comparison from another auto body shop or car maintenance shop because I usually take it to the dealer.

I always get a discount because they are always giving out coupons and I am one of their regular customers, so they kind of look out for me. I don't dislike anything and their customer service is great. They don't try to upsell me.

I was planning to change out battery on my next regular servicing but it gave up too soon and left me needing a battery asap. They were able to get me in and out which was important. Had called several other places that couldn't change out my battery because they were already booked up. I may have spent a little extra but I got good service and I got to work on time.

They do everything like sales, body work and accessories. I am impressed with what they do. They offer good service and a good price. The mechanic is really good. I am extremely satisfied with them. We can talk to them on the price and work it out; it is not bad.

I've been using them for two years. They do a pretty good job. They are good.

They have a representative that is the contact person for you when your vehicle is being worked on. It's great to have the type of person and I appreciated this. The price was reasonable for what they did. They did a good job on servicing our vehicle and we appreciated that they kept us informed while servicing our vehicle. We are going to go to them again every 6 months for a maintenance check at no charge.

We have had very good relations. We find that it is easier to use them for our routine maintenance than to go elsewhere.

This company is listed as an authorized Saturn Retailer also with a Big Sign out fron Saying Welcome Saturn Owners... Their flyers say "Weve got you covered'... Don't beleive a word of it. I brought my 2007 GreenLine Vue Hybrid there which is still under the 5yr/100000 mile warranty with a check engine light and error code P0304. They charged me over $100 for the diagnosis to tell me it needed fuel injector cleaner in the tank for which they charged me another $20+ dollars and this would clear it up and because the engine error cleared itself, despite being an Powetrain/fuel system problem, the would charge me the diagnostic fee. Well I paid and the problem persesited.. more check engine lights and check engine codes... when I brought it in again with the errors they told me it was a fuel injector problem and was not part of the warranty, I called Saturn customer service who was on the phone with Sports service writer to tell the dealer that it was warrented. The dealer then changed their story to say it was because there was dirt in the fuel but could not specify when asked how much or even provide a sample as evidence. I called another Saturn dealer still open for service who also confirmed it was a warrantable item. Sport insisted that replacing the injector was $700 dollars and if that did not work I would need to spend much more than that flushing the fuel tank and cleaning that out. Mr. Chiswell the service supervisor even told me that maybee I should take my car elsewhere.... (There was even a TSB on this issue which did not change his mind)... so I took my car to another delaer still open. And the dealer in Glen Burnie found a TSB from GM that described this exact issue, confirmed this whole issue, and performed the service of replacing the failing injector(s). I did not pay a dime except for the rental car (loaners are not covered for this type of repair)... Shame on Sport Chevorolet for luring in Saturn owners when you refuse to provide warranty work. SPORT should be removed from Saturn's listing of authorized service centers for Saturn in my opinion. I had previously had maintenance work done by this dealer for which I was fairly happy... but this really got me so down on these guys. Mr. McBride.. you won me as a customer initially... but ...Mr. Chiswell and Sport Chevrolet.. you lost me as a customer.

We had one truck that was in an accident. They had it for about 3 weeks and did a real good job on the body work. It was about $8000 worth of damage. They kept us informed of what was going on, which was something that I hadn’t experienced before. The other truck had about $600 worth of brake work done on it. While they had both of these trucks in there, they tried to find out other things that were wrong with them. I didn’t mind that. They found that the steering rod in one of them was bad. It didn’t have anything to do with the accident. They inspected both trucks thoroughly which I’m sure was to find things wrong so that they could make more money, but it was also to help me so that I could have a little more confidence to go across the highway and be sure that nothing would fall off the truck. I thought that that was a pretty good deal. They gave me the old brake parts which had rusted out. They had a sign in the waiting room that said that your vehicle would be inspected and that you’d be advised of what was wrong and what it would cost. I got two Thank You letters for our business. I’ve had other experiences with them which have been good. Since we had both the trucks in at the same time, they called a rental company which was right up the street and arranged for them to pick me up. When I took it back, I turned the car in at Sport Chevrolet, because the rental company was closed. It was very convenient, and I didn’t have to go call the rental company myself and make arrangements. I didn’t have to get charged for the whole day because they were closed. When they towed my truck, I didn’t have to pay the tow driver. I paid Sport instead who took care of the payment for me. We had excellent service and we were treated very well. We were very pleased with the work that they did. They have a representative meant for you whom you can call, and they’ll check stuff for you. It’s more personal service than I am used to. I don’t know how their price would compare with others. I would rate them highly because I haven’t had any problems. I would use them in the future, if necessary.
