The ants are gone right now but they say they will return and it will be an extra cost to, you know, get rid of them because it is all over the yard so that costs more; I will just have to wait and see. I think it was under a contract.

They were referred to me by a private person. They are supposed to come here once a month. I don't see them; they just come out and spray. I am not a 100 percent pleased with this company. I signed a contract with them for two years and I was under the impression that they are going to take care of all kinds of bugs. Once we found that stink bugs were still coming into the house and they said we have to spend another $ 100 to completely get rid of those. I wasn't pleased with their service at all and once the contract is over I'm not going to use them again. I didn't appreciate that it didn't seem that they explained the extent of their service completely because I was under the impression that whatever they did, would take care of everything. Once I experienced the stink bugs that were still hanging around then they said it wasn't covered in the contract and they charged more. I am not shopping right now to find a new pest control company as I still have a year and half to go on this contract. I am thinking their price is competitive to their competitors but not providing me exactly what I want and it's not a bad price for what they are doing. They told me on the phone what they would be doing but they didn't do when they came out. They were supposed to spray inside the house but they came out too late in the evening while we were eating, it was later than we anticipated and it was too late to spray as we had to evacuate the home equipments. They were not punctual. They have a person answering the phone, but I have never called them after the first time. They charged us extra for additional service.
