Saimon is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and resourceful. If he isn't sure about something he'll find out or tell you if he can't help. His workers are hard-working and reliable. He has a strong team of and quot;subsand quot; he works with, i.e. electrician (who is very conscientious and knowledgeable), plumbers, floor finishers, etc.). He will do basic handyman jobs (I have employed his team for days of random handyman work at very, very reasonable rates) and bigger painting jobs, quickly and thoroughly (I just had them paint my entire first floor in a matter of 2.5 days, on very short notice).

On one or two occasions, I've wanted a job redone or something didn't turn out exactly as I hoped, and Saimon gladly worked with us to fix the problem or redo the job. During the spring and summer, they are busy, but Saimon will return calls and follow up with you when you ask! That's something around here. He has painted two of my homes and gives the same attention to detail for large or small jobs. One day we will remodel with a mudroom, and when we do, I'll call SNR!

They gave a reasonable, estimate, cleaned up after themselves and did great work.
