I was given a new, faster computer and needed to transfer my working files from my old computer to the new one,and to have the old computer cleaned up and checked to ensure it was working properly before I gave it away. Jason took care of all of these tasks quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. He is first rate and I trust his judgement and workmanship entirely.

The interaction went very well. He came in and took charge of the assignment in a very professional manner. He is very conscientious, and had me to work from another computer to ensure the wireless connection was working. He was extremely fair in his charges, as most of the other estimates were 2x what he charged. Also, the scheduling was not long and drawn out, and he came to perform the requested service within a few days of my contact..

He has serviced all of the computers in my home. He was here for a couple of hours. He was waiting on the telephone when we spoke with McAfee and he didn't charge for that extra time.
