Sensa Air was sent over to my house by GE to repair the water heater still under warranty. The guy who came over had absolutely no clue as to what could be wrong with the water heater. He looked it up and down and sideways like he had not seen one before, then he took a photo of it and send it to his superior in another state. The supervisor decided that the problem was due to some pipe that was four feet away from water heater and that had corroded from the inside; how he could see that from Maryland when I live in Virginia is a mystery to me. Anyway he would be glad to fix it for $950.00. At that point I asked the repairman to leave.
They were of course totally wrong. Another plumber from a different company zeroed in on the problem right away and promptly fixed it .
