My sister and I had to sell my mother?s 47-year old house in Silver Spring, and it was in need of a complete renovation.  We hired Dale Schwartz to do all the work. He painted the house (inside and out), installed kitchen flooring, cabinets, appliances, and countertops, bathroom tile and fixtures, wood floors and wall-to-wall carpet throughout, and replaced several windows and doors.  And when we asked him to try to eliminate an unsightly drop-ceiling in the kitchen, he figured out a way to do it ? and when it was done, the kitchen looked great. Dale also re-landscaped the entire outside of the house, and had good suggestions on trees and shrubberies to provide additional privacy. Dale is friendly and easy to deal with, and the amount he charged was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Dale if you need any type of work done on your house. 

Dale and his crew were on time and very responsive. I was totally happy with their work.

He was the subcontractor for another company we used. We had a Brazilian redwood deck installed. It required more experience. He did online research, calling wood specialists to see what kind of screws to use. He even drove, on his own time, three hours away to pick up the right screws to use on our deck. He was amazing.
