They are remodeling a condo unit in our building and are rude, sloppy, and use incredibly strong-odored stains, finishes, and paints, nothing is low VOC. We asked them to open the windows of the condo they are fixing and they refused, trapping the fumes inside which permeate all the units on our floor. It is so bad that the fire department came to order them to stop. There is plaster dust and sawdust all down the hall, on the buttons of the elevator, the carpets, walls, it really is a disaster. AVOID this company unless you want to live in chaos.

Fernando and his crew were above reproach. His onsite mgr, Alfredo, kept Fernando abreast of any questions and concerns and Fernando touched base with us daily. I would highly recommend him. His proposals were detailed line items for inclusion or deletion. If you are fortunate to work with this company, you will not regret it.

On both occasions, they did a fantastic job in every respect. They were punctual, worked intensively so as to finish the jobs in a relatively short amount of time, were very precise and professional in their work and showed great attention to detail. The price was very reasonable. We're generally very particular and hyper-critical, but have nothing but the highest praise for this company.

Very well.  They prepped by power washing the bottom of the siding to remove mildew, sanding the paint, filling holes, and putting on primer before painting.  They used different colors and types of paint for different parts of the house (e.g., metal needed different paint from siding).  They were careful to avoid damaging plants and cleaned up after themselves each day.  They came when they said they would and were easy to work with - both the owner and his employees.  They were responsive to requests as they did the work, and clearly wanted us to be extremely satisfied.  The work looks great.  All this, and the price was quite reasonable for the amount and quality of work done.

We have hired Fernando and his team for many different projects around our house over the last 2 years.  We were referred to them originally as painters to repaint all our molding, doors and trim but quickly learned they were able to do so much more.  Most recently, due to water damage we had to gut and refinish our basement. Fernando's team demoed the basement prior to the waterproofing and then returned to refinish the basement.  Refinishing included drylocking and insulating the walls, installing new framing and drywall, recessed lights, closets, carpet, tile floor and painting when finished.  We have also had them return for small dry wall repairs and paint jobs over the 2 years. 

They are extremely patient and will keep working until you are completely satisfied with the job. They take care in their work and always leave our house cleaner than it was before they arrived! Fernando and his crew are trustworthy, professional, and friendly.  I would recommend them to anyone needing home repairs.

Fernando and his crew painted our entire house and the quality was outstanding, as was the professionalism.  The price was much lower than another quote I received and the team arrived each day on time and left the job site clean and spotless.  They also did some light handman work, such as hanging fixtures.  This was such an excellent experience, we hired them to plan and construct a basement wetbar.  Again, the crews were punctual and professional, easy to work with when changes were requested, and priced lower than competitors.  The results were a beautiful wetbar.  I'd recommend Royal for your painting and handyman/construction needs, highly, highly, highly.
