I spoke with Jonathan Romero last week and set up an appointment for Tuesday this week. He never showed up and never called. My attempts to reach him were unsuccessful, and he never returned the voicemails I left. Exceptionally unprofessional.

We moved to our home in July. Mario (the owner) met with my husband and gave us the details on how they operated. The owner explained that his crew comes out frequently to mow the lawn, check on the plants etc. Throughout the summer months, our home looked great. Lawn was always mowed. Plants were kept looking great. Everything was clean and well maintained. During the fall, the crew removed the leaves and other debris.

Prior to the purchase of our home, the home inspectors suggested the heating/cooling units be raised and down spouts be extended to prevent water from settling against the foundation of the home. Jonathan came out. We showed him what we wanted (based on the home inspector's report) and he provided us with a detailed breakdown. The work was completed in a few days. The A/C units are raised and everything looked great. Downspouts in the rear and sides of the house were extended using PVC. A trench was dug up to connect the pipes underground. The area was re-seeded and looked wonderful.

During snow days the crew comes to plow our drive way and clears the walkways of our home. My husband is normally out of the house early in the morning and has no trouble getting out. The crew lays ice melt and ensures everything is clear. Jonathan and Mario are always available and answer all of our questions.
