Mr. Kovacs came to my home to tune my Steinway B. He was very punctual arriving exactly on time. He called the day before to confirm the appointment. He did a most thorough job of tuning and, in additional, corrected a squeaky pedal which involved the removal of the key board and lubrication of an internal part which he did at no additional charge. I will be calling him for all future tunings and repairs. He is very professional and a very nice, gentle man. His charge is most reasonable and I would highly recommend him.

iMr. Kovacs tuned our piano in October.  He was extremely courteous over the phone and in person.  Kind and gentle in a genuine real way.  After he tuned our piano and left, I noticed that the pedal did not feel right.   I e-mailed him and he came back in a couple of days and spent over 30 minutes to remedy the situation - at no charge!  I tried to write him an additional check by he said no.   This is the first time we had a piano tuner tune our piano in America, so we don't know how much they cost or what the standard quality is, but  based on today's experience (and not knowing what the "going" price is, I highly recommend Roger Kovacs.
