Description of Work: My wife used them for closing of our previous residence. Failed to protect her interests at closing. Ignored her requirements, and processed closing with open documents. Ended up costing us an additional $2200 that we could not recover. BEWARE.

 + -1 moreWe used RGS Title when we purchased our first home. The office was well run and professional. The lawyer that walked us through the closing was clear, concise, and respectful. He explained everything we signed clearly and articulately without ever talking down to us. Our closing went so smoothly that it is clearly a reflection of how professional and well run their office is.
