All work was performed professionally and within time estimated by contractor. Quality of work was beyond excellent. Workers were neat, punctual, and trustworthy. Contractor willingly accommodated requested changes and was responsive to all questions/requests. Note: this contractor is licensed and bonded. Based on incorrect information from Angie's List, I was concerned about this, but the contractor showed me his license and bond -- both of which are current. The work was inspected by the DC Department oh Consumer and Regulatory Affairs and passed with flying colors. This contractor completely renovated my kitchen a number of years ago. I chose him this time because of the excellent work he did then. This time around, he performed the same excellent service. I highly recmend this contractor.

Mr. Reed listen to my vision and work to make it a reality, however during the process he made suggestions that help me avoid costly mistakes. For example he insisted that I view I a sample of a kitchen cabinet that I had selected. After seeing the cabinet inperson I hated and changed styles.
Mr. Reed kept me updated on any issues or delays. His staff was always prompt and finished each work by organizing the work area.

It went well. Mr. Reed was reliable, punctual, and professional during the entire project. He was very clean and left the kitchen looking great upon completion.

This was a huge job and I needed a company that was reliable and knew what they were doing. Reed was excellent. They made some great suggestions and listened to my input. They did everything I requested and brought the project on time and on budget.
