I would definitely recommend them, they are a fabulous company. I have been using them for probably 30 to 40 years. There is a bit of a wait. It's usually crowded. Yes, I would use them again in the future.

They had warned me that the wait would be about 90 minutes, but were done in an hour. They were extremely professional, and I could see the wonderful relationship with their customers, especially with some that seemed to be regulars. I was able to use the WiFi there and work while I waited. I would go back and recommend them in a heartbeat..!!

I thought I'd need to buy a new tire but they were able to repair my pot-hole injured frame and tire and for an unbelievably low price. Totally professional and friendly place. Everyone there seems to know what needs to be done and how to do it. Will definitely return.

Great. Got there early, always get there as early as possible. There is a long line already when they first open. First in first out.

I have not been satisfied with tire retailers around Montgomery Village MD and Germantown MD. Went to Radial Tire in Silver Spring MD. They got the tires we needed and advised I arrive early. Good advice - very popular and lots of customers. Good price, fast work, all very competent. No talk about extras I did not need.

good prices, and very good service. Will rotate and repair flats of their tires for free. If not good enough the first time will get you in and take care of it immediately. waits can be LONG. but worth it.

Had my tires replaced when I hit something and one went flat. They had the tires we wanted and they didn't try to make me buy four instead of two.
When I hit a nail and needed a repair a year later or so, they did the repair for free. Nice.
Downsides: they act like you're a pain in the neck if you drive up and come in; they want to talk to you AT your car even if all you have to say is, "front passenger side--flat." Even if you have a child with you. I'd rather wait in the waiting room than inside my car, is that so wrong?
Tough to get a ride home from them, at least if they're busy.
There's a nice sign at the driveway you're *not* supposed to use, but not at the one you *should* use.
