This general contractor gives a really good sales pitch about being a one stop shop for busy professionals. All one needs to do is call him and he will coordinate all services. He gave a verbal estimate with a $300 range for work on walls that needed repair plus other specific services to be included. He ended up providing additional services of items that needed to be done beyond items to be included in estimate but he didn't finish the walls. He didn't communicate timeline or keep me informed of the status and left me first trying to fix the walls myself and then hiring a fantastic handyman to complete the work. I ended up telling him not to bother telling me he would come back after he didn't follow through on his word nor communicate a change of schedule on multiple occasions. Over 3 weeks he didn't complete the job and essentially told me he had more important work. His excuses and lack of apology were laughable. More laughable is that he itemized work that was to be inclusive and he charged me the highest range of for the wall work. He gave an inexcuably small discount for not finishing the work. I told more off of the final payment but didn't take off enough. He obviously doesn't care about professionalism or his reputation - take it or leave it attitude.
