Very professional, friendly and great quality.

I just got off the phone with Prestige and wanted to share a positive experience. I have a ton of old clothes collected from an elderly parents home. I had planned on taking them to a cleaners to see which items could be and quot;savedand quot; (Clothes have been sitting in a closet for 10-25 years). The employee I talked to listened to my story/needs and then very thoroughly went through their process and also went through each piece of clothing almost to help me determine if they were the right cleaners for me. The employee informed me that there was no guarantee that they could make these clothes look relatively new again and that their price range would probably not be right for me considering the lack of a gauruntee, so I did not end up using them. However, I was really surprised at the level of care and understanding I was given and especially grateful that I wasn't promised the world just to get my money. They didn't end up being right for me, but if you have high end clothes that are worn regularly, I can only imagine the care they would give you. I experienced it and didn't even spend any money with them.

I think they are the premiere dry cleaner in the Washinton area. They hand finish every item and it is worth the extra cost. I go to them because of their exceptional service.

It was not a good experience. They have quite a high price based on the fact that they are custom dry cleaners and pay individual attention to each piece. However, the spots that were pointed out on my wife's dress were still there and the job wasn't done very well. I felt that the price was too high and the outcome was unsatisfactory. They didn't even mention that the spots didn't come out, even though I specifically pointed them out when I dropped off the dress.

They are worthwhile for clothes that are of high quality. They are very knowledgable and polite. They definitely handle your items with care and they get your items back to you when you request. They also have a lady who can do alterations.

All of my suits would come back like brand new!

It’s hard to find a cleaner who puts creases in the right places. Many of my blouses were of high-end designers, and some other cleaners I have used would put creases in the sleeves, as if they were cleaning men's shirts. It is unsightly and it's a challenge to get those creases out once they're there. At Prestige, they know their garments and do not make mistakes with fabrics.

I would take my drapes to them as well. I also had them clean some pillows that my dogs slept on. Those pillows returned like new.

If I hadn't relocated, I would still be using them. I miss their service.

The dress was too long and did not drape properly because the ties were too close to the waist. Voula took up the hem and moved the ties closer to the bodice, creating a better fit. Price is a little high, but I was absolutely satisfied with the work. If I have another expensive item of clothing that needs to be altered, I will go to Voula.
