Physical Properties Of Leisure World, Md

edPhysical Properties is the Maintenance and Remodeling Division of the retirement community, Leisure World of Maryland, that we live in. This is a lareg community with over 8500 people and Physical Properties does plumbing, electrical work, odd jobs and remodeling throughout our community. We have a seervice contract with them and have also used them for two remodeling projects, the most recent of which was a complete gut of our guest bathroom this past January. They replaced the tub, floor tile, electrical and plumbing fixtures (including vanity and toilet), and then painted the entire room. We couldn't have been more pleased. The work was done on-time and the quality of workmanship was excellent. We have recommended them to all our friends here and everyone who has used them has been pleased. We were also pleasantly surprised at the priced. We had heard that they were a bit on the expensive side, but they actually proved to be about 30% below our other estimates.
