+ -1 moreHe was polite, punctual, and professional. He called when he finished his last job to give me an ETA. Arrived at the time he said he would, introduced himself, explained what he did thoroughly, and saved me a little money from the initial quote. He let me know everything he was doing and, where decisions needed to be made, he explained and asked for my input. He did a great job of cleaning up after himself. Overall VERY happy with his work!
Description of Work: Replaced electric hot water heater. The unit was replaced under warranty for free but installation service was not included in the warranty.
