John did extensive work on my 1927 (historic) townhouse, including renovating my kitchen (which required structural repair), moving the powder room, adding space for a washer-dryer, and completely rebuilding my rear deck. I was so pleased with that work that I hired him to renovate the basement, which included moving the HVAC system and trenching a new plumbing line to move the basement bathroom. Throughout the process, he was honest about the costs and issues, offered helpful suggestions, and his crew did first-rate work. I could not be happier with the results and recommend him without reservations.
