Things went just fine. I had already spoken with Tim about the installation, so knew to purchase a close-mount kit for the ceiling fan. Part of Tim's service is that he comes out to the job site to look at it before beginning work, in case things happen to be more complicated than the homeowner knows.

There was no mess left behind at all, so other than the fact that my house now works better, I would not have known he was there.

Work was done as planned and completed on schedule.

A pleasure.  Tim takes the time to listen and do jobs right.  His suggestions are usually improvements over what I had thought possible and usually wind up saving me money.

Mr. Newell listened to our ideas and offered a few interesting options.  Based on his suggestions, together we selected the details that were most appropriate for that piece in terms of practicality, and that were most appealing to us.  Mr. Newell executed the design adding a few details (moldings) that enhanced the beauty of the final piece.  Mr. Newell completed this project while we were in Europe.  When we returned the piece was finished and installed.  The whole project was completed within budget,, within the promised time frame, and at a level of quality that exceeded our expectations.

Mr Newell has been working for us for many years.  He responds promptly when we contact him.  We discuss the work to be done and together decide on the execution based on the options that he presents.  He is a killed craftsman who strives to understand and meet our requirements and expectations.  Mr. Newell completes the work in a timely fashion.  He always makes sure that we are satisfied with the results, which normally has been the case.

He was here within an hour after I called him. He was very personable, and he knew what he was doing. I was pleased with the work he did.

We found Tim to be an excellent source of advice. He helped steer us away from some expensive decisions, and helped US stick to our bottom line. He has an extensive network of construction and remodeling contracts who were also very responsive to our needs.
