decks, pressure washing
 + 0 moreThis was my worst experience with a contractor. First off, they took 2 months (working on and off) to build this deck. But what's worse, is that the quality is horrible. None of the mitre edges match, the saw lines are all crooked and look as if they were chewed off. There are big gaps in all of the corners and edges. The boards are ALL cracked where they screwed them in. And to top it off, they stained it COMPLETELY the wrong color. Our original deck was a reddish brown color and I had asked to stain it similarly. I came home and the deck was BRIGHT orange. This replacement deck actually looks far worse than our original deck. We ended up giving them half of the original amount for materials, but now I have an UGLY $3500 deck. Do not use these guys for decks, they are completely over their heads and do not have the experience.
Description of Work: They removed and replaced all non-foundational planks, boards, and railings. They then powerwashed the deck and stained it.
