It went great!! The company fully exceeded my expectations. The owner (Hung) stopped by my house within 45 minutes of my initial call and reviewed what was done to-date. Hung explained that various things had to be redone including rewiring the electrical panels, redigging the trench to 24 inches deep, installing an additional conduit for the generator transfer switch, installing ground rods, replacing the copper gas line in the trench because it was "knicked" etc. etc. He provided me with a competitive estimate a few hours later with enough details to make my decision. I hired H N Electric LLC without any hesistation. H N Electric LLC arrived at my house as promised and completed their work within 5 days. They coordinated with a reputable plumbing company to inspect, test the gas line and complete/fix the work that was initially started by the other company. They were courteous, professional, on-time and tidied up every evening before they left. The were customer-focused and results-driven. Even the county inspector when he came to inspect the work commented on H N Electric's work - he said "that's the way things ought to be done. Great work!" I was glad I hired them. H N Electric LLC met their commitments by delivering on schedule, on budget and fully meeting and exceeding my expectations. I recommend them without any hesitation.
