You personally ordered from Chicago, which was the only place that had the wood flooring you wanted and at half the price (we are not against saving our customers money, but the guarantees of something discontinued are not the same as those of a material of quality) in this case you decided to place the order and personally choose the material (the proof are on file) from the moment you decided to place the order in your name they had to explain the guarantees and quality. as stipulated in the contract. 3- you decided to add more than $70,000 just in extras and then you didn't want to pay for what you added. when we require a payment to be able to continue the problem started. for not paying what Moz Contractors required to be able to advance the final part of the project, he offered that Moz Contractors would accept the amount of 15,000 only and not do the final walk through and thus be left with the finished job with almost $70,000 dollars in extras and the final check of more than $12,000 (proofs of work and extras, we have it on file) 4-nobody has ever made RACIST comments, we always treat everyone equally and with respect. we continue working to guarantee a better service for all our clients and avoid these problems in the future again Mr [Member Name Removed] sorry, thank you very much and blessings"
