I have used them for both larger projects--like a bathroom remodel, floor replacement, and a deck rebuild--as well as smaller projects like repairing my walkway and light electrical work. Their pricing is very fair and they are transparent throughout the process-- I never feel like I am being upsold on something I don't need, and even when unexpected issues come up during repair they are always willing to work with me on my budget. I especially appreciate how responsive Noelia is over the phone, I always feel like I can text or call her if I have questions or need help with deciding between finishes. I recommend them to anyone looking for a general contractor for home repair on older DC homes!
