THEY ARE EXCELLENT, I GIVE THEM AN A PLUS. THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY THEY WOULD DO, THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THE COUCH LOOKS MORE LIKE IT WAS RE-UPHOLSTERED.
