MILES GLASS CO

Richard Grunes came out, made measurements. He came back with only 3 pieces of glass. They did not have the walls, or base, or complete shower. Previously, home depot told me all of the pieces would cost less than $400--$400 for the entire shower, 3 glass panels, walls and base. Grunes was only going to put up those 3 pieces of glass. He had the glass in in 5 minutes and then took it down when I said, "Where is the entire shower you promised?" I paid $604 which I never got back. I called my credit card company and told them to put a hold on the payment. They said there were no refunds on custom ordered material. No refund even with the deception of Miles Glass? The credit card company was in the wrong. I was not returning custom-made glass. Miles Glass misrepresented themselves and told me I was getting a new shower. The contract said "remove existing enclosure and install new one". They said that meant just the glass. I called the new manager, he never called me back. They kept my money and never did anything else. Miles Glass is a terrible business misleading customers and stealing their money.
