MICHAELS HEATING & AIR Conditioning

He was called on his way home about my unit not responding properly and asked if he could come by in the morning. He asked, if 7:30 am would work, and he arrived @ exactly, 7:15am. He checked the outside unit completely, then proceeded to the inside and found that the motor was burned up and needed replacing. He said that it should still be under warranty and that he had to see, if they had one in stock and if it was still under warranty. He drove to Alex. Va. to do all that. He came back an hour later, with the under warranty motor. Installed it and rechecked everything, again. He also, reminded me to check the new washable filter mo. for cleaning, as this was the simple cause; of an exspensive issue. He said that the warranty will close next July. He completely cleaned up before he left. Very thorough, knows his stuff and is willing to share, and trustworthy.

I feel sometimes they take advantage of me. Scheduling an appointment is convenient. The technicians seem like crooks but others are okay.
