+ -1 moreThis is a great way to sell your house and not pay all the fees to the agent! They will put your house on the MLS, you get to hold your house open, but they qualify your buyer and meet you at the settlement with necessary papers do close the deal. What a great way to save 1/2 of the price of your agent's commission! In these days of lower home values, I HIGHLY recommend using a Help-U-Sell agent!
