The faucet was an unidentified brand and difficult to work with, but Mr. Thomas searched for parts that would fit and fixed it. He was extremely knowledgeable, competent, and efficient. Would definitely call him again.

It went excellent. Mr. Thomas came out and went over the entire project taking the time to ask a lot of questions we never thought of. We needed to move the existing water heater, several water lines and break through concrete. He was able to give us an estimate that we considered very fair and a timeline of how long the work would take. He and his crew were on time every day, cleaned up after themselves and the first part of the job was a true mess. If you've never broken through a concrete floor trust me - it's horrible. They were able to complete with very little disruption to our schedule and mess to the house. He pulled all permits and we passed the final inspection with no problem at all. I would highly recommend this firm for any work.

What turned out to be a corroded copper main drain pipe (grey water) was leaking inside the soffit of bedroom closet. Called Thomas Plumbing on Saturday morning, Kevin L came to check the problem early afternoon and fixed it on Sunday. Very satisfied with the responsiveness and work provided, especially for a week end.

Mr. Thomas responded to my inquiry promptly and provided prices for different options to replace a water heater. He procured and had installed the heater we decided upon very promptly. The work was accomplished professionally and promptly. During installation, it was determined there was a need for retrofitting or upgrades to the infrastructure, to the tune of about 30% of the price quoted for the heater. These upgrades were necessary, but it might have been better if the company had identified in advance that these add-ons would be needed, since the total charged was substantially higher than quoted as a result. Despite the unexpected added cost, the installation went very well, and I was pleased with the excellent service.

My tenant unit had no hot water in the bathtub/shower. A friend recommended Michael Thomas. I called Mr. Thomas in the morning and he correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone. He came out on the snowy early evening and got the job done promptly and professionally. I will definitely call him again for my plumbing needs.

Mr. Thomas arrived late but finished the first job at 7.30pm. He did a good job. He promised to come back on the 22. August after 2pm. He never showed up at our house.

This is the second time Mr. Thomas has helped me out during weekend, non-business hours. He takes the time to evaluate all possible causes of a problem, how best to fix it for a very reasonable cost. No pushing whatsoever to and quot;BUY, BUY, BUYand quot;. Watching him work was like watching a meticulous surgeon, with excellent and quot;patient interactionand quot;.

This was a difficult job and these men worked hard and were very good natured throughout. The initial charge seemed a bit steep but after three trips and a lot of work they did not ask for more money and they certainly earned the amount that was charged. I have nothing but praise for them. Kevin was determined to solve our problem and we are grateful to him and his guys.

We had Thomas Plumbing out for two services in July, and were quite pleased. They gave me a quote over the phone which was reasonable and what I had been advised to expect. They arrived on time and completed the work correctly.

We've only used Thomas plumbing for drain snaking so far, but they have been very responsive and decently priced, esp compared to the competition. This time we had a line clog on a Saturday and they had it cleaned out within 4 hours of calling.

I got them through referrals. They were fine.

They were very professional and came out the same day after calling. He did top notch work and used good materials. I plan to hire them again.
