I've used Mr. Patience for a home inspection. As a person, he is very pleasant. As a businessman, he is timely, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. We were very pleased with the home inspection service provided as well as the quality of the report detailing and categorizing the findings. Every room was thoroughly inspected with plenty of objective evidence to substantiate the findings. The report was categorized and easy to read. No shortcuts, no favors... Mr. Patience will shoot you straight (in the most polite way). I highly recommend Metro Capitol Home Inspection Services.

Great. Although representative suggested they are probably not the best to inspect fixer-uppers. They Normally inspect houses that are livable and move-in ready.

I used Metro Capital Home Inspection Services recently April
2015 after my realtor recommended him and me stalking anything I could read
about him on the internet. I love the way most of the reviews stated he was
very patient?which I knew I needed because I ask a lot of questions!!  I called him and you could tell he was busy
but he took the time out to address me. Went on his website and booked my
appointment (pretty easy) got a confirmation email. He sent a email a few days
late to confirm and he called the day of to confirm. He was on time and had
already looked at the outside of the house before we knew he was there.
Introduced himself, very warm and knowledgeable vibe about him. His teammate D
came to help which I was a little concerned about because D started inside
while we went outside with Kevin. I thought that we was going to miss what he
was doing inside but everything D went over without us, he went back over with
us. They pointed out everything, they explained everything, they gave us
recommendations and tips. They took their time and was extremely patient and
answered every last question we had. The report he provided was amazing. He had
pictures and arrow that pointed out exactly what he was talking about.  I learned so much to stay on top of when we do
purchase our home which is priceless. THANK YOU Kevin & D!!

Kevin was amazing. He showed up about 15 minutes early, was incredibly warm and friendly and let me know that another guy ("D ") would be coming along as well to help with the inspection. I told Kevin that I would be following him around asking a million questions and he said "that's what I'm here for." I really appreciated him taking the time to break things down and let me know how urgent things were. They were incredible. They checked everything. They went under the crawl space and up on the roof. And when we got inside they did everything from checking the temperature of each vent (when the ac was on ) to explaining how to tell if the double pain windows needed to be replaced. They ran the washer and dryer and even took apart the furnace. I can't recommend these guys any more highly than it's possible to do. I feel comfortable knowing exactly what I'm getting into with the house.

I was able to schedule and get an estimate from their website for an inspection I needed completed by the following day! I got an email confirmation immediately, and Mr. Kevin Patience also called to confirm later that day and then text me the morning of! That attentive service gave me confidence in the service I was going to receive. Not only was he on-time, he was a few minutes early. He had another person with him which ensured 2 sets of eyes on everything inspected, and also enabled Mr. Patience to take time to walk me through everything. He would stop and offer to answer any questions I had. He also read my facial expressions and would further inquire as to if there was any concern or additional questions. He certainly lives up to his name, he was indeed Mr. Patience as he was extremely thorough and took the time to check everything. The price was reasonable and a great value for the service I received.
