The technician arrived on time, patiently check the circuit until he found the defective outlet that was cross-wired. Fixed it, put the furniture back left everything neat and clean. Given his ravel time it was a reasonable charge.

I purchased a 2-hour electrical services plan. The electrician found some issues that were due to the age of my home. Although I didn't get as much work done as I had hoped, I appreciated his thoroughness, timeliness and attention to correcting the issues I had (he located a short in the wiring which was the source of other issues that I was having). I would definitely hire them again.

Gerardo Villafana had to come out three times, first to diagnose the problem (it turned out to be a bad circuit board), he came a second time to remove the ceiling fan so I could get a replacement from Lower's under warranty, and a third time to install the new new. Each time he was prmpt, professional and given the about of time spent his rate was very reasonable.

The work was performed satisfactorily. The electrician was professional, friendly, and helpful suggestions as he went along. I was so happy with his service that I called him back a second time to replace hard-wired smoke detectors and to install a light in my upstairs foyer. I have recommended him to a friend and will call him to do the electrical work when I renovate my kitchen.

Bad. I explained what I wanted done. When the electrician came to the house he said he doesn't do that kind of work. So I paid for nothing, in effect (he did fix two broken light bulbs which took all of 10 minutes. Another electrician quoted me a price for doing the work and I ended up with a handyman.

I contracted with the provider to remove and replace old electrical outlets and switches with new ones in my TV room, bathroom, and to troubleshoot a switch and outlet in my sitting room. Provider did the installs and corrected a potentially dangerous situation(fire hazard) by properly installing a two-way switch that was improperly installed leaving a loose wire.

Prompt response to request for Angie' special, asked for a picture of the ceiling, arrived on time. It got the impression it is a small firm; technician was professional, neat and done a good job. The special saved $45 on the total of four hours of labor.

All went extremely well. He spent a reasonable amount of time trying to salvage the old fixture, but once he determined the short had ruined the receptor, the replacement was installed in a very timely manner.
