Well I gave the gentleman all the information needed and he said he was going to take a look on Thursday of last week and he never showed up and never called to let me know anything. I called and left messages everyday and when I finally got a hold of him on Facebook he was rude and said not interested. Not very professional or reliable. How can you trust a company that says they will do something and doesn't even have the common courtesy to let you know they are not interested. I would suggest using a company that is reliable and does what they say.

From the estimate to the repairs, everything went smoothly. Mr. Marzullo arrived on time for the estimate and the crew arrived as scheduled. The job was done well and at a reasonable price. There were no surprises.

Our oven died a few days before Thanksgiving, and the company we bought it from didn't have anyone to do the installation on short notice. We've had great experiences with Marzullo in the past, so I gave them a call. They were able to fit me in.

They agreed to build a shelf and place the toaster and the microwave on shelves in one corner of the kitchen as a way of making them convenient for me to reach and yet out of the way. Once they committed they were on time.

They were very professional. They like the job they did so much that I allowed them to feature a photograph on their home page. The crew was polite, they called ahead and they got the job done.

This contractor did no work for us.

I was pleased by their work and professionalism. They cleaned well before leaving. Would use again.

The work was top notch and they responded quickly to a small adjustment that was needed on the shower door.  I would certainly hire them again and indeed have.

There were numerous relatively small  jobs they did for us, so I cannot recount them all here.  What i can say is that they are punctual, professional and we really enjoyed working with Stefano and his team.

Our sixty-odd year old bath leaked into a basement wall. We preferred a full remodel than yet another search for the leak's source. We chose a pleasing color combination (imitation limestone in beige accented with celadon green with white porcelain and brushed nickel hardware). Then we got what we could on ebay and the rest at a supply store. Marzullo had bathrooms on special that season as well as stellar reviews on Angie's List, and they're based in our corner of The county.

They did an excellent job and new master bathroom turned out beautifully.  Owner was on the job every day and showed excellent workmanship and attention to detail.  They were reliable, professional, responsive and easy to communicate with.  I am thrilled with how the project turned out and would recommend them to neighbors and use them again myself.

Marzullo's was right in the middle in terms of price compared to my other estimates, but my gut told me this was the best deal.  And my experience was exactly that!  Was given a DETAILED free estimate given to me within 24 hours of visiting my home.  Stefano was very pleasant to work with.  He was available to answer his phone when I had questions and his team of subcontractors were top notch and very nice people.  They got the job within the time they estimated for me.  I am overall very happy with their workmanship, their responsiveness, and the entire experience.  I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Marzullo Construction. This was my first time interviewing and selecting a contractor and I was very glad I made the right decision to have Stefano Marzullo and his crew complete my job.The main job was a renovation of an extra room that was built onto my existing house in the 60's. The flooring, ceiling, walls (paneling) and electrical had to be completely replaced. Also, I wanted more windows in the room and a sliding glass door that would open out to a deck (to be built).Stefano Marzullo is a very honest, patient and knowledgable man in regards to his business. He discussed at length with me the choices I had, gave me honest answers to my questions and was always available, either by phone, email or text, to communicate with me about the project. I was concerned about how much my "dream room" was going to cost and Stefano worked with me to maintain a certain price range.
The project started in mid-November and I was startled at how quickly the work was accomplished once the windows and doors arrived. There were several days that were not condusive to outside work, so the team just continued with the inside work. The ground outside the room where the deck was to be built gets very muddy when it rains. Stefano and his crew took great care in making sure the mud stayed outside, and not in my house. They cleaned up and stored their equipment in a very organized manner.
As the project was progressing, Stefano and his father, Michael, expressed concern over some roofing work that had recently been done on the room they were working in. They had found rotting wood under the siding and discussed replacing it with me before proceeding. I appreciated the help with the roofing issue and was glad they found the rotting wood.
I also had mentioned to Stefano that I needed baseboard molding installed in my living room and he was very willing to add this onto the contract for a reasonable price. During the time the team was working, I did not have a usable bathroom door, just a curtain. When I explained that I needed the door to open outwards instead of inwards (the way it originally was installed), they agreed to take on that small job too, even though it wasn't in the contract originally.
The whole project took approx. 4-5 weeks, I think. Stefano and the crew tried their best not to disrupt my living space and schedule, which I greatly appreciated. The last project was the deck which is wonderful. Stefano gave me a suggestion regarding my "swamp" problem and I will most likely have them return to work on that in the Spring.
All in all, this experience was good. I am sure there were a few hitches that I am not aware of, since they were working with an old room and poor circumstances on some days, but all turned out well.
I am so glad that I hired Marzullo Construction to handle my renovation. I have heard many people exclaim that having construction done on your home is so messy and inconvenient. However, I did not find that to be true with this company. I was pleased with the way the team worked from the beginning to the end. They listened to my concerns and were truthful and ethical in their business practices. The cost for the project was reasonable, not too high (so I could afford it) and not too low (so I knew I was getting quality products).
In summary, I would definitely recommend the Marzullo Construction company to anyone the is looking for high quality workmanship, considerate and professional communication and timely completion of their project. A+++

The quoting process went fine, however I did not end up using Marzullo on the project.

They did a great job. It is always best to know what you want. I didn't have any issues with them.

Stefano and his team were always punctual. Great communication and very clear with costs. I couldn't have asked for more.

Marzullo is just a fantastic person.  He is very helpful.  He has walked through my house to let me know things that need to be done.  He always does what he says he is going to do and when he says he is going to do it.  His cost is always extremely fair.  The work is very well done.  He also did quite a few things for my father in is home.  I am very pleased with him.  He is exceptional in everything he does and has a very good personality.  Any other service provider that he recommends has exceptional personality.  I am going to use him in future.

My experience with him was great and I was very impressed with him. He was on time, courteous and very professional. He seemed very knowledgeable about the work. He seemed realistic and had some suggestions for the places that I could go to look at different options for the flooring and lights. He was pleasant to talk to.

They were very responsive, and very straightforward about the work. Once the contract was agreed on, they started the next day, and work went by quite rapidly. They even fixed a few things that I hadn't requested in the contract, but which were simple fixes (for example, two doors to my pantry were sticking...they fixed them & didn't even mention it to me). The work itself was done very cleanly & well. Overall, I would absolutely recommend them again.

The work included replacing counter tops, tile work, painting, and some light reconstruction in another room. I have used them before and have known them for quite some time. I am very pleased with their work. I know that I can trust them 100%. I have no hesitation in leaving them the key and going away. I sometimes come up with oddball ideas and they will work with me to implement them and make suggestions themselves. They are a flexible company as well as doing good work.

Stefano and his team were very professional - always here when they said they would be, gave us a very realistic explanation of how the work would go, cleaned up after they were done each day, finished on time, and did really nice work. We will definitely be calling them for future projects.

It went good overall. One of the things that was frustrating was that there was a lot of materials we needed to get, they really couldn't tell us where to go to get what they wanted so they weren't able to give us guidance for what we need for most of the project.
