This treatment involved multipled injections, meds, and monitoring. Our dog was restricted to crate and play-pen for a couple of months because she was required to have limited activity during treatment. She recovered very well and we are thrilled! Dr. Meyer will always be our regular vet and we trust him completely.

This practice was recommended to me in about 1990, and I have been going here ever since. Total of 1 large dog, 10 cats, a couple birds and amphibians cared for by Dr. Meyer Sr and starting about 15 years ago his son, Greg, and Greg's wife. Both are Veterinarians. Staff turnover is very very low. All staff are caring, thorough and compassionate (especially through several euthanasia procedures on ill or elderly cats). Highly recommend this practice.

My cat first went to Friendship Heights when he got suddenly very sick. They wanted to do $10,000 worth of diagnostics and treatment! I could not afford this. So I went back to Marymount and asked them what was absolutely necessary and what was not essential. They helped us figure out how many procedures actually needed to be done. They are helping us treat an older cat whom we love dearly but we can't afford to go bankrupt. They spend a lot of time with you and your pet and give great care at a reasonable price. The blood tests are expensive but needed to be done.

Dr. Gregory Meyer is very good. It was kind of an emergency and they were able to get us in the same day. He has testing right there in his hospital so we get results immediately. He certainly seem to know exactly what it was and gave us antibiotics to use and the dog responded immediately to the antibiotics that was prescribed. I think the price was very fair and he was just very compassionate.

We've been going to Marymont for some time....quite happy with everyone on staff who meet our pet's needs in a timely and professional manner.

They have been very helpful and my cats got good treatment.

The people at Marymont are wonderful.! Last year, we had what we thought might be a serious problem with one of our kittens. He was having trouble breathing and we wanted someone to just and quot;check him outand quot;, maybe with a stethascope. We called Briggs Chaney Vets, where we had had our kittens neutered and spayed, and they could not have cared less! and quot;The doctor is not in todayand quot;.. I asked and quot;don't you have a stethascope in your office?and quot; I was told and quot;noand quot; and and quot;why don't you call .....and quot; I called both places they said to call and was told and quot;we do not see pets that are not our patientsand quot;...I called MARYMONT (where I should have gone in the first place!) and they were more than happy to see Phoenix and check him out.

They pet the annimals and talk with them and show sensitivity to them. This is important to me because when I had the kittens neutered, spayed and get shots the prior year, the vet did not talk with them and be gentle. My female kitten was hysterical and like a wild cat and they were rough with her and never tried to sooth her.

I have used Marymont ever since for all three of our cats. Dee is so warm and loving and patient with the animals. You can tell she really cares. The doctor is very nice and everyone there seems to really be interested in the animals. Marymont has been at their location forever and that's a plus also.

I don't know if their prices are competitive because I haven't checked around. I am just happy to have caring vets that I can depend on and do not have to go through a lot of red tape to get my pets in for a visit. I highly recommend them and would not take my pets to anyone else.

My experience was very good. They have been our regular vet for fifteen years and I just really like them. They are convenient and are very personable. I guess their price is fine as I haven't compared them to anybody else.

I was very pleased with them. I was very pleased with the groomer. I had no problems at all. I would recommend the groomer to everyone. The quality of work was excellent. I was very pleased with their follow-ups. I would use them in the future.

This was a good experience. I was looking for a closer to home practice. I called them, made an appointment and arranged to have the current vet fax the records to this practice. I received a reminder call a day ahead of the appointment. I learned the other practice had yet to fax the records so I had time to remind them. When we arrived for our appointment the records were there and they were ready to service us. It was a good, smooth process and we are pleased to begin our relationship with Marymount.

I wanted to change vets because my current vet was getting too big, wait times were long and prices were going up. I had no trouble getting a convenient appointment time at Marymount and when I got there I waited less than 10 minutes to see the vet. The doctor was very pleasant and took time to get to know me and my dog and his history. I never felt rushed. When I called back for lab results the doctor took 17 minutes to explain the results and all the options available. No vet has ever spent that much time reviewing test results with me. I was especially please that there we no 'extras'. My dog got only the shots and tests that he really needed and the bill reflected it. Parking was available and convenient. The office and examination room were clean. I have return several times and now all my pets are patients there.

The doctors and vet techs at Marymont are extremely professional. Appointments are easy to get, as they have evening hours. I was most impressed with my dog's neutering surgery. He had a retained testicle, which the surgeon located and removed. My dog spent a few nights at Marymont recovering. He was well-cared for, given attention, treatment, cleaning bedding every few hours, fresh food and water. I was even given information about his bowel movements. If my dog ever needs an overnight hospital stay again, I wouldn't hesitate to take him to Marymont.

I have been going to Marymount Animal Hospital for 30 years. They do not have a lot of turn over as far as staff. The business is family run and operated. Their costs are very reasonable. There is little to no waiting with an appointment.
