I secured 3 bids for installing landscaping around my exteriors to add some curb appeal and replace an undersized side garden, the front and to dress up my back deck. Luis Martin's estimate & planting recommendations were the best among the three. His price was the middle estimate, but had more value with inputs from Margaret, his designer. They were good listeners and solved our challenge: "Give me 4-season color, but make it deer-unfriendly". The deer haven't returned for any flower or blossom meals and our property is graced by attractive gardens. We couldn't be more pleased! .

Grass was a disaster. They brought it back to green, cleaned up side yards and developed pathways and dealt with drainage issues, and did consistent ongoing maintenance. I was very pleased. Louis and Rosy were responsive to emails. My only recommendation is that their stock contracts could be more clear -- they are meant to cover the generic situation but don't always fit the specific. We sometimes had to get on the phone together to make sure we understood one another regarding services to be provided. But once understood, all went wonderfully.

They didn't really specify what all they would do for $650, I ended up doing the work myself. They had a full page contract condition of things they would not do. He was a nice guy, it's just that he didn't say what he was going to do. After the contact, he didn't get there right away, but he got there. He appeared knowledgeable and professional, but he seemed more interested in the World Cup that was going at that time.

We have been using lawn services of the same ilk for many years. We have had some good services that slowly got worse as the company would grow and we have had bad and horrible services, so it is with great pleasure that I absolutely recommend Martin Landscaping. From the first phone call, to receipt of proposal/contract, I was amazed at the professionalism. The contract was clear, concise and spelled out exactly what and when they would perform their service. The employees are all polite and unobtrusive. I can only hope they add gutter cleaning, deck cleaning and stone work, I'd think I had died and gone to heaven. I didn't grade their pricing because I couldn't easily find the actual contract, but I found them competitive in price and with 10 month installments, very easy to do business with. If their quality holds up for the long run, they have a customer for life in me. When we travel, we know our property is being maintained, that is a good feeling.

We decided to use this company because of good reviews here, a reasonable estimate, and prompt and responsive communication (mostly over email) with Carlos. I also appreciated that they were able to come out on Saturday. The crew did an excellent job and was very professional - we will definitely use them again.

They have visited my home twice. Their work is excellent. I am very, very pleased with the pruning and weeding. I have a lot of landscaping and extensive gardens. I didn't find one spot or place that they missed. The bushes have been pruned beautifully to their natural shape. The garden edges are perfectly cut and every garden has been thoroughly mulched. I am very glad to have such a talented and professional company taking care of this work for me.

I like the service the landscaping company provides. I was referred to them by a neighbor and they have done excellent work for me. The lawn looks great and the schedule is set so I know when they'll be out. I can rely on them to do a great job keeping everything trim and neat. I feel that their pricing is fair and it is convenient paying on a monthly basis.

MY LAWN LOOKS SO PRISTINE WHEN THEY ARE DONE. THEY DO THE MOWING, TRIMMING, EDGING AND FERTILIZATION OF THE WHOLE YARD. THEY EVEN BLOW THE GRASS OFF THE WALKS AND CLEAN UP THE TRIMMINGS. I AM AMAZED AT THE JOB THEY DO EVERY TWO WEEKS.
