The Marr team was great! We couldn’t believe how quickly the work progressed, and they regularly checked in with us to make sure that everything was what we wanted. We love our basement space now!

We worked with Marr Construction to redo our two bathrooms. The quality of the works was excellent. The folks who did the work were professional, on time and dependable.

Great! The 12 x 16 screened porch is a new addition to the house. Included is a ceiling fan, a spotlight, 3 outlets, 2 inside and 1 outside, The screens are framed and separated so if one gets torn, just the one can be replaced. An exterior door was added to access the porch. They did a great job with the drywall and matching the paint. The porch is an awesome addition and I am looking forward to warmer weather and enjoying being outside.

We met the company representative (Jack) and went over items that needs to be done along with two other contractors. The estimate proposal is clearly stated what needs to be done, the estimated price and the estimated duration to be completed. During the renovation, the construction superintendent visited the site frequently to ensure things were done properly and have weekly schedule (look ahead) upon request. Certain change orders and unforeseen problems were also resolved in timely fashion. The areas were cleaned and packed at end of each work day.

Jack and his team are always very responsive, on-time and strive to do high quality work. I have had several renovation projects done by Marr Construction and each one has turned out beautifully and this one is no exception.

The work was done in a timely manor, the workers were both professional and conscientious of maintaining a clean work environment.

Excellently. A crew of 3 men plus Mr. Marr came at 7 a.m. as promised and worked continuously until the project was completed. They all were pleasant to deal with and the site was well cleaned up after completion. I will definitely use Marr Construction for all my remodeling needs. Mr. Marr is easy to deal with and listened well to my preferences.

Marr Construction Corporation coordinated the complete renovation and addition on our home in Silver Spring, MD. The owner, Jack Marr, was heavily involved in the project from the very start, and we were impressed with his attention to detail, his expertise, and ability to understand our expectations and needs. Marr Construction Corporation is committed to quality, and this is obvious in the final product. We would recommend Jack and his company to anyone needing work done on their house. We hired Marr Construction again this year to renovate/replace our porch and to add a deck. The quality of the work was excellent as always though we experienced some delays as they were busy. Once the project got started though it went quick and we're very happy with the result.

Excellent. There were many logistical challenges (access, work space) as we live in a condo. Jack and his employees worked w/ us every step of the way - from ordering materials, demolition, tile work, plumbing and painting. When things went not as expected, (and in such a project there is always something) Jack's response was swift and to an excellent outcome. The outcome was beautiful.

Marr Construction did a great job restoring our house. The workers were very professional. I have used for several projects and always feel well taken care of.
