He is very very professional. It’s a company that knows the in’s an out’s about the work for buying and selling. We probably saved $10-$15000 when the broker actually found problems with the roof that we were about to buy. He determined that it was suck in redwood and it was sailing and he was able to negotiate a new roof for us. He knows his stuff and that was over ten years ago. We trust him and he is also very patient. We had to hold off on the market date as we were able to be on the MRIF because of several personal issues. He was very calm and courteous each time in coming and collecting the details. We really appreciate that. He discounted us. We often need a lawyer for doing such things but he took care of that and the legal issues for us and I was very impressed. He has special expertise. When we need him, he is always there for us. We have used him earlier also and this was the second time that we used his services.
