Littman's Latest Handyman Service

He has a minimum of two hours, which was fine, he helped me complete all of the little things that I needed to get done. He was kind of quiet, but still personable. I really liked him and will use him again.

His dry wall work was excellent. Price was very reasonable.

I have been a client of Mr. Littman's for several years and I have always been pleased with his work. He is accommodating, knowledgable, and skilled. He is a problem solver for those of us with older homes. Mr. Littman is the ultimate handyman.

Arrived on time, completed work and was very pleasant.

He can do anything I need him to whenever I need him to.

.  The handyman’s name is Mark Littman. He is very good at what he is doing and he is creative about it.  His favourite projects that we give him are the ones where he can do carpentry, do the measurement and come up with solutions on his own.  But he is very good at offering advice and he is certainly very honest. Over the years there have been any number of projects and he would look at it and say that it would take a lot of hours and costs a lot of money and in the end it would not be that good an improvement. It is not worth doing. So when he does a project for us it is like it has got a seal of his own approval on it. It is one man operation. He is licensed and has the ability to glance at the direction and know what to do. Other people like him too so you don’t get him immediately. But usually within a week he is available. I will use him in the future.  He will be doing the tiling project shortly.  Of all the service provider’s he is the one who is probably here the most and he is my favourite because he takes the time to explain what he is doing or why he thinks something is a good idea or what the different approaches might be.  With my lack of skills I cannot actually do anything all that useful but I get to play sorcerer’s apprentice, like taking the tool out of his bag, holding this, handing him what he needs and so on.  So it is almost fun.

I always have a good experience with Mr. Littman. We usually joke around while he is working, and I sometimes hold tools for him. I will continue to use him in the future and recommend him to others.

It went very well. He came prepared to do the job, bringing the materials needed. I supplied the new faucet and light fixture.

Mark did some of the finest drywall work I've seen and charges a very reasonable price for his time. He charged less than we owed because he worked until he was satisfied with the job.

Mark Littman can do a wide variety of handyman jobs. He has done a bunch of carpentry, repair, and fix up work at our house, is always careful, and gets the job done right. His current rate is $50/hour, with a two hour minimum. If there is something he can't do, he will tell you. He is a nice guy to boot.
