We have begun the process of buying our first home and were originally referred to a loan officer by a friend, and while that person was very knowledgeable, he was very difficult to get a hold of. I searched "find a loan officer maryland" and First Home Mortgage was the first result, so I looked at a few of their loan officers and we selected Kimberly. We sent her an email, it was around 700PM, and she responded within 20 minutes. We continued correspondence and she continued to respond very quickly, even as late as 1000PM.
We met with her and she was very nice, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. She worked out multiple scenarios so we would have as many options as possible and was just wonderful to work with. As first time buyers we were completely clueless walking into her office, but she walked us through all of the steps and was quite thorough in answering all of our questions; we left feeling educated and much more confident about the process.
We are very happy with her and would recommend her to anyone.
