Tom Lucas, CRL, President of Kensington-Wheaton Lock & Security, Inc., is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, who founded the company shortly after his service to his country. We are a "we come to you locksmith service," serving the security needs of the commercial, residential, and industrial client. With being one of the first in the area to obtain the ALOA Certified Locksmith certification, we have ongoing training to provide our clients with professional service. Our goal is to provide the best possible lock and security needs of the community and it shows, as we have been providing the community lock & security services for many many years.

In this case it would have helped for the manufacturer to have had a shorter waiting time to provide technical expertise to the locksmiths in the field, but the end product was a happy client. "I try to give a benefit of a doubt when servicing an old lock, and therefore when it looks like it needs replacing rather than servicing...I replace it. We try to give the client peace of mind with locking devices, and in this case it's better to install a new one that will provide service over the years than repair one that will give out quickly.
