 + -1 moreI really had no hope that the house would sell in this market. Maggy was upbeat the entire time, she was at my side and on my side through the whole process. I have no doubt that all that extra advertising and work she did made the difference in getting the sale. I just had no idea where to start, she came over, made suggestions, offered even to help me re-arrange things for better viewing. I had never sold a house before and was absolutely clueless! She was so professional in her manner and dealings with the other agents that I was proud to have her represent me. Selling a house is scary enough but in this market buyers can really try to take advantage of you. I didn't worry because Maggy made sure that everything was correct and that my interests came first. Her attention to detail and knowledge made the whole experience easier.
Description of Work: I was facing foreclosure with a house that hadn't been updated in years and was on the verge of losing it all. Maggy figured out the best path to take to advertise and actually sell my townhouse in a market where sales were almost impossible. She sat with me on endless calls with my mortgage company to find out where I stood and what we could do. She researched and explained with the upmost patience what my options were and made sure I understood at each step exactly what we were doing and that I was comfortable with it. She did mailings and emailings to advertise my house and even offered a bonus to the agent who could bring in a buyer. She closed the deal and it was all done in only a couple of months!
