Fantastic!! I had water damage to my basement and then had water damage to my bedroom ceiling and wall. Mr. Ortiz and his crew's work was excellent. He said they would be at my house at 7am and they were. The men knew exactly what need to be done and went right to work. It was amazing to me. They were able to match the color of the bedroom exactly! I will definitely hire them again. Thank you, Mr. Ortiz, for helping me with what I thought was a disaster with the water damage.

Jose and his crew are very professional, courteous and prompt. We had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Walls, ceiling and water damage in closet of 1 room. All was completed in 2 days. Ww are very happy with the work and will recommend his services to our friends and re-hire for any future paint jobs we have. Thank you Jose!!!

Very professional company and crew. Everyone was polite and on time. Painters were careful with moving household items and returning them to proper locations. Repairs the calling and walls done prior to painting and they came back later for touch ups after new flooring was installed. I would hire them again for additional work.

Jose was extremely professional. He was on time for his estimate and his proposal was the most detailed and well laid out of any I’ve ever seen. The crew arrived early in the morning and wasted no time in prepping my house for work.(fill in holes in the drywall, sanding, tapping and tapping off all floors and furniture) They finished all the estimated work in a day and a half and even did extra that wasn’t discussed during the Initial quote. (I was having the carpet replaced so they removed it for me so they could paint the sides of the runners completely to ensure there wouldn’t be and area that wasn’t painted when the new carpet was installed) I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the work, the efficiency and professionalism of this crew and how incredibly respectful and accommodating they were. They went above and beyond. Super impressed with J.O. painting. We will be using them again!!

Over the two week period of the job, Jose and his staff of painters were completely professional and did an outstanding job. Our first encounter with Jose was a walkthrough of the residence to identify the rooms requiring the preparation and painting. Jose was quite thorough in evaluating the rooms, even taking measurements and photos for reference. This resulted in a very detailed proposal and estimate which appeared conveniently as a link in an email. The proposal contained a comprehensive list of rooms and what was to be done to them in a proposal which was neat and orderly. The method of proposal submission which was a hotlink to his website enabled a back and forth text dialogue to clarify any questions i had. His estimate was quite detailed and competitive. Following acceptance of the proposal and a mutually agreed start date, JO Painting crew showed up early and consistently through the two week period. The job addressed first the top floor followed by the main floor and then the basement. Their initial task for each room was the ceiling and wall prepararations. Close attention was paid to the condition of the surfaces such that the actual application of the paint resulted in a very positive outcome. At the end of every work day the crew cleaned up and left the residence in clean and proper condition. At the end of the project, the crew helped in getting the heavier furniture pieces back in place and interacted with us to ensure that there were no problems still outstanding. Finally, I commend Jose and his staff of painters for their due diligence and a job well done.

Drywall mechanic showed up on time, with a very professional assessment, told me he would cut out the bad area, create two (2) small nailers, install, sand and finish the newly installed, and finished drywall. When he left 45 minutes later, the wall looked new.

Jose and his team are great. He was referred to us by a family friend in the commercial construction industry who hires many contractors across multiple building and construction services (including internal/external painting). From the very first contact, Jose was timely, professional, polite, responsive, and very attentive. He listened to what work we wanted to have done, and what was important to us (including our cost constraints, project timelines, etc.). He communicated with us frequently, provided a very timely cost proposal, and worked with us to accommodate our schedule to limit the disruption caused by the project. Jose's team was very meticulous and attentive to detail. The final product was extremely professional, bright and clean. No mess, no hassle, and everything (furniture, carpeting, etc.) was put back in place exactly how they found it. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience and final product. We are having Jose come back to do some additional painting and have already referred him to our parents and friends that are looking for similar residential painting services. Five star quality and service! I highly recommend Jose and his team!

The original estimate included pictures of the job site and details of the work to be performed including prep. Site visit to confirm the colors and the scope of the job the day before they started. This is when we decided to add the upstairs hallway to the work order. Wall paper was removed from dining room, walls prepped and primed. Textured ceiling removed from family room. The utmost care was taken in moving and covering the furniture through what was a nasty prep process. Yes, there was some dust after they had left, but much less than we expected. The painters were professional, polite, and prompt. And what made this even better is they were the lowest bid.

Ours was a bigger job than it sounds because an entire wall and ceiling required skim coating. They did not let a speck of of dust escape outside the work area. They arrived on time every day, cleaned up every night before they left and came back quickly to retouch after the floors were refinished. In addition, they were painting a very light color over a very deep color in the bedroom and it came out exactly as we hoped it would. Jose and his crew members are professional and also genuinely nice people. We could not be happier with their work.

J.O. Painting was simply phenomenal. My only regret is that we didn't have them do more before we moved in. His price was so incredibly reasonable and the guys were exceptionally professional but fun and easy to work with throughout the project. The most impressive part was how quickly they moved through the house to complete the work. You can hire a different residential painter, but you shouldn't. A+ group.

He's fantastic. They have also done two other paint jobs for me in the past. I found him to be fairly responsive, they get fairly busy at times, but every time I've had to follow up with him he's been apologetic and gotten back to me immediately.

Excellent work -- the prep work was very well done -- very smooth, seemless drywall repairs. And the painting looks very professional. The crew did a fantastic job -- it looks beautiful! They were very careful of the hardwood floors, very neat, and just careful about everything. Jose was a pleasure to work with -- very responsive, very timely in starting and completing the job. My son and daughter-in-law had also used J O Painting for their living room and dining room and recommended the company to me. I was very glad for the recommendation-- they really did a beautiful job! I would definitely use the company again.

I could not be more impressed with the job that was done! Jose met me at the beginning of the job so that we could discuss exactly what needed to be done and the timeframe etc. The team turned up exactly on time everyday and worked really hard to complete the job before our moving company turned up with all our furniture. They covered all surfaces so there was not 1 drop of paint on our floor and cleaned up after themselves every day even though we weren't even living at the house at the time. Outlets and light fixtures were removed and refitted after painting. The painting is absolutely perfect in every room. I would hire Jose and his team again anytime I have more painting to do - they were an absolute pleasure to work!
