When looking on Angie's List I received an immediate call back from this company. I was impressed by the initial promptness and responsiveness. I booked an appointment for 2 days later at 3pm. The day of they called and left a message to confirm the appointment. I waited until 3:30pm to call and inquire where the service person was. The representative I got ahold of was rather unprofessional and went on to explain the service person skipped my appointment and it was my fault for not answering when they called to confirm the appointment. She further said I could wait until after 5pm and the service person might be able to make it to my house. I canceled the appointment seeing that the representative was rather unprofessional and did not value my time. A company like that I would rather not have in my home.

Great service. Problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. Technician gave tips to prevent re-occurrence. Easy scheduling for my preferred date.

I was assigned JC & JC through Sears Home Warranty and they ca.me out per the scheduled appointment, completed their inspection and informed me that I needed a part that they would order. They stated that the part would take two weeks and they would return no more than 3 days after that. I still have not heard back from them and that was months ago. I have since canceled them as my service provider and now that I see them listed here, I feel obligated to provide this review.

I had a wonderful experience in dealing with JC HVAC. They installed a total package from Goodman - gas furnace, evap coil, condenser unit, humidifier, electronic air cleaner, and new line set. I bought my own Nest thermostat and they were very accommodating in setting up the new thermostat for me also. The unit works wonderfully. And also, it looks easy on the eyes compare to my old units. The old ones had tar tapes covering the line set coming out of the evap coil inside - it was inefficient and hard to look at. Totally, they brought a lot of values to the table and that was the reason I chose them.

Our AC stopped working and we have a home warranty policy thru American Shield. They assigned a company to come do a service call (company #1). Company #1 couldn't come out for 4-5 days and it was close a 100 degrees that weekend. American shield was able to find another company, JC & JC who could come that day or at the latest the next day. I called to schedule and they said they'd call back when they knew a guy could come. They did and Ramon arrived right on schedule and took a look and diagnosed the issue in under 5-min. The starter capacitor was bad and he replaced it and checked the fluid level of the refrigerant fluid. All was well and started working right away.

TWICE, they failed to even show up!! 
My AC is broken in August. Secretary is rude, doesn't book appointments correctly. After 4 hours (during business hours) of no one picking up the phone, someone finally took my call after business hours. I told him the problem & he hung up on me. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. Look at the streetview picture, this is a mom & pop show out of someone's house. I am a strong proponent of small-business, but this one is a circus. Disorganized & unprofessional.  STAY AWAY.

Submitted a home warranty claim and they assigned Augusto (which we later found affiliated/operated by JC and JC HVAC) to us. They arrived promptly the next day and diagnosed the problem. They needed to order the part and promised to schedule a time to come and install the part. A service technician arrived at our home the next day, unannounced, and replaced the part without our prior knowledge as the unit was located outside. We would have liked to have been home to be able to verify that the system was properly tested and the problem fixed. The technician successfully replaced the faulty part. However, afterwards our unit made loud sound when it started up. This sound did not exist before the technician came to look at the unit. We asked them to return to check the unit and it took them a full week to send a technician out despite their repeated promises of sending a person out 'the next day'.  When the technician did arrive, unluckily the unit did not make the sound when he was here, and was unable to fix the problem. Now we are stuck with a outdoor heat pump that makes a very loud sound when it starts up, this does not sound normal.

They were sent out by my home warranty company. The experience was fine. They basically couldn't fix it so I had to replace it. I didn't go with them for the replacement. They were responsive. I wouldn't call them on my own.

Was directed to this company by HMS warranty service - company now uses the name AUGUSTO HVAC, but contact phone number is  the same and the guy's name matches.  They came out, pushed a button to reset a switch, pitched a load of crap about a lot of extra and unnecessary services, and left.  2 hours later, problem recurs.  They refused to come back, said it would be a separate warranty claim.  I called HMS warranty, they called AUGUSTO, and the next day a different tech comes out, resets the switch, cleans dust off the A/C accumulator, and again tries to sell maintenance services at a total of $350 for basic tune-up and maintenance, which is well over market price in my opinion.  
I'll be calling a reputable HVAC guy (my pick is Heating and Cooling, based in Laurel).   to come out and do PM on the furnace and AC - their standard contract is $150 for a years' worth of PM.  I'd say avoid these guys if at all possible.

In the midlle of the summer my air conditioner stopped  working and was frozen and l call the JC &JC Company and quickly came to my house and repaired it promptly for a good price.

Everything was very good. He did a nice and clean job.
